Comments/Historical Data for Farida El Dabbani
Author: Annalisa
Comment:
Farida El Dabbani had at least two sons, both called "Dahman". The older was bred by Ahmed Bey El Sennari and his sire was Koheilan El Mesenneh (Koheilan El Mossen), a desert bred stallion brought from Arabia for Ahmed Bey El Sennari. The younger was bred by Prince Ahmed Kemal and his sire was Saklawi I° (Saqlawi I°) "the old white Seg. Jed. Ahmed Pasha had from APS.", as states Lady Anne three times in her Journal and one time in her Sheykh Obeyd Stud Book. This Dahman is the famous Dahman El Azrak, born in 1893.
