GHALION (*Morafic x Lubna) 1965 Straight Egyptian grey stallion. Bred by the EAO. Selected by Robert Burgert and Dr. Nagel and Imported from Egypt to Hungary by Babolna in 1971. He stood at Babolna as a chief sire from 1971-1976 where he sired around 26 foals. Imported to Germany and stood at Banat El Rih. Imported then to the US in 1984 and stood at Klassic Arabian Farm. Reimported to Germany by El Thayeba Arabians where he passed away shortly after. Tail female to OM DALAL through the RAS Egyptian bred MONIET EL NEFOUS. Klassic Arabian Farm remembers of him:" (Ghalion) was very hot and had to be careful around him when you brought him around other stallions. He would turn mean towards them. Start striking and screaming and if you disciplined because of this he acted like he would turn on you. We had two *Morafic sons we stood at stud and they both were like this. Very hot horses and would run and pace."
